Ryan Prindiville, CEO of Hansen Hunter, is leading the company’s strategic expansion to advance its position as the premier technology-enabled business services partner to post-acute care and senior living organizations. He brings extensive experience driving growth, transformation, and digital innovation at professional services organizations.

Ryan most recently served on the leadership team as Partner-in-Charge of Managed Services at Armanino, where he led tech-driven managed services across tax, accounting, and human capital. During his tenure, Ryan played an instrumental role in building Armanino from a regional firm into a national platform. He architected the firm’s CFO Evolution framework and Platform CFO model, redefining finance leadership as a strategic, technology-powered function that drives insight, automation, and business performance.

Throughout his career in leadership roles across Fortune 50, mid-market, and entrepreneurial businesses, Ryan has consistently focused on building high-performing teams and creating lasting organizational impact. His expertise spans digital transformation, analytics and AI, business architecture, process improvement, and M&A integration.

A certified Six Sigma / Lean Master Black Belt, Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California. He approaches transformation as a balance of people, process, and technology, ensuring innovation drives both measurable performance and lasting cultural impact.
