Josh Sadikman

Josh is an expert at revenue cycle management and technology-enabled services for long-term care, post-acute care, and senior living. Josh cofounded LTC Consulting, a national RCM firm for post-acute providers acquired by Hansen Hunter in 2025. Additionally, Josh cofounded Axiom Healthcare Group, also acquired by Hansen Hunter in 2019.

Josh has also been an independent owner/operator of two SNFs in Southern California. His experiences with Mesa Verde Healthcare and New Orange Hills Sub Acute hospital give him a deep understanding of the rewards and challenges operators navigate every day.

Josh has an MBA in Marketing and Economics from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a BA from Miami University.
